I am a farm to table chef, specializing in plant based. I have studied with Matthew Kenney at Plant Lab in Santa Monica as well as I cook Ayurvedic.
I am holistic health chef, I've been cooking for clients for the past 10 years, mostly privately. I cooked for Spanish personal trainer Fernando Sartorius and for mothers in post partum care. I am originally from Brazil, but I have travelled all over the world, I enjoy flavors from different countries.
