Very passionate about food. I strive to be creative, and introducing the love to of food to people.
I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 20 years. I started at the bottom and worked my way up to Chef. I've worked as a Chef since 2009. I went to the Art Institute to obtain my degree. I love the art in creating new recipes and seeing how they turn out. I aim to make every plate about the love of food.
