I have worked with michelin star chefs as well as chefs who have been chef de cuisine at high level establishments. I have been around Chefs that have opened multiple restaurants and personally learned the preparation that makes them so great. I have worked my way up through the restaurant industry even eventually becoming sous chef and head chef. I have worked V. I. P. catering for the US open, I have done multiple events and dinners including a New York fashion week event by myself, as well working for high profile clients inside their homes.
