With over 15 years of experience beginning with helping my family on summer trips in Jamaica as they ran their restaurant in Kingston to experiencing different dining styles at Walt Disney World, my wife and I started a private chef and catering service during COVID. All of the techniques, skills of recipe development, kitchen management and efficiency has served well as we ventured into offering private services to friends, families and travelers visiting and residing in Central Florida.
