I am energetic and passionate about what I believe in. Which is eating real food, made from scratch.
Classically trained Chef with 30 years of experience. I grew up in restaurants and I am the son of a Chef. My cooking is very seasonal and the menus I write are driven by what is available at the local Farmers Market, where I have been buying for over a decade and a half. I currently own and operate a meat and seafood distribution and I carry about 30 different products. All of my proteins come directly from USDA inspected restaurant distributors. I NEVER BUY PROTEINS OR SEAFOOD FROM THE GROCERY STORE.
