Professional Chef of almost 2 decades. Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with honors. Working on the west coast from Napa to San Diego for the last 5 years. From working at Born and Raised to helping open restaurants like Seneca and Leila in San Diego for the infamous Consortium Holdings. Before moving to California I worked in Hotel catering in Texas.
