I am a professional private chef with 20 years experience in the formal home setting. I am currently coming out with my own vegan food line which will be in supermarkets in New York shortly. I love what I do and I am looking for a long term position with a principal. I graduated with high honors from SUNY DELHI with a degree in culinary arts. I have run restaurants as executive chef and I have also done private consulting. I have a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell university and I can prepare many different diet cuisines. I would prefer clients that are plant-based, organic and healthy or are looking to greatly improve their health through a plant based diet.
