I am a professional chef with 15 years experience. I have worked in several Michelin Star restaurants (Acquerello, San Fransisco. Boulevard, San Francisco. Pollen Street Social, London) where I developed skills for intimate personal dining. I was the banquet chef at the Ritz-Carlton in San Fransisco, The Hotel Nia by the Autograph Collection in Menlo Park and Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach.
I have good working knowledge of many world cuisines. I prefer to use local products when available and love creating healthy nourishing menus.
