As a chef with 20+ years of experience as a culinary professional, holding degrees in culinary arts and hotel and restaurant management from Johnson and Whales University and Baltimore International College, I have been fortunate to work and train abroad (United Kingdon) and domestic.
These experiences have crafted my journey from an intern to an executive chef and owner of a highly rated fine dining establishment as well as a winner of an episode of the Food Networks Guy’s Grocery Games.
I am happy to be in a field that requires me to continually learn, be creative, and trend-forward, so that I may give diners a lasting memory.
