My passion for food came in my early years watching and learning to prepare scrumptious Caribbean dishes from my mom on the beautiful island of St.Lucia. My interest and joy for this ever evolving industry grew leading me to pursue it professionally. I strive to obtain knowledge in different cuisine.
I am a proud graduate of the New York City College of Technology where I majored in Hospitality Management with the focus on baking and pastry and culinary arts. I am especially passionate about baking and pastry.
