I have been cooking since I was 15 years old. My first years I learned to cook with my grandma that she used to own a bakery and restaurant business in Ecuador. Later on I attended Culinary School in Ecuador as well. Then , I moved to USA to persuade my career as a Chef. I been working on Kitchens and also as a Private Chef for more than 10 years in Colorado specially Denver area, cooking different types of cuisines.
