Chef with over 30 years of experience in a variety of cooking styles, born in Tijuana Mexico and moved to San Diego at the age of 16 and started my culinary career. Worked under very skilled chef’s trough out California I fell in love with the industry. I specialized in Paellas, I found the interaction of cooking in front of my customers very enjoyable.
