I am a passionate young chef with a great vision for Colombian fusion cuisine. My goal is to revolutionize Colombian cuisine with new techniques, flavors and gastronomic jewels to take it to another level. I have had the opportunity to work in Miami, where I learned from world-class culinary experts and was fortunate to work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. This experience has allowed me to hone my cooking skills and acquire an innovative approach that I seek to apply in my current job.

I am passionate about Colombian American fusion cuisine, and I am always in search of unusual techniques and methods to complement and enrich my work in the kitchen. Through my experience and knowledge, I have managed to create unique dishes that highlight the flavors and products of Colombian cuisine fused with ingredients and techniques of American cuisine.

I think the key to innovation in the kitchen is finding the perfect balance between culinary traditions and new trends. I am convinced that Colombian cuisine has a lot to offer, and my goal is to show the world its full potential through my creativity and culinary skills.
