I am a self-taught Chef that has 5 years of experience in restaurant management, food research and development and social media marketing.

I co-founded an American-BBQ restaurant in the Philippines that serves smoked meats with a Filipino take on it.

I am very familiar with grilling, fermenting and utilizing every scrap of an ingredient (zero waste).

I can provide meal prepping and catering or hosting small events or parties. I am also willing to help out during the shopping of ingredients.

I am organized and very dedicated into just being immersed in the kitchen as I am still continuing to keep myself in that environment to perfect what I love.
