I’m a chef and restauranteur that has been cooking for over 15 years bringing a Caribbean and French influence to my food. I have a professional history working in fine dining Tex-Mex, all American, and West Indian kitchens. My experience and diverse knowledge of food enables me to create dishes with unique flavors that can excite the taste buds of all different types of palates. I strive to provide culinary experiences that are memorable and make guests feel comforted by the food I create.
