30 years of experience cooking food all over the world and loving every minute of it.
I am a chef with over 30 years experience. I have worked in top restaurants and hotels primarily in Chicago. I have been teaching for the last 5 years most recently at Skagit Valley College where I opened the food truck for the school. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. I am well versed in all styles of European and Asian Cuisines, minus sushi. I am looking to share my love of food to the surrounding area which is my new and forever home. My wife and I just love it here in the Skagit Valley.
