Meet Chef Joshua Vinyard. , ambitious, and determined describes his ethos. Joshua has been cooking in fine dining restaurants from the South to the West for over 15 years. He is experienced in French , Italian, Asian and Baja cuisine. Joshua is accustomed to ever changing diet trends to clean and simplistic methods to achieving his clients goals. In San Diego, he has worked as a Sous chef with L’Auberge Del Mar and as recently at Michelin recognized Valle in Oceanside. Joshua has a degree in Arts from the University of New Orleans as well as on the job education under award winning and celebrity chefs.
