We are Joshua and Melody Souza and we are passionate about sharing the food produced on the Olympic Peninsula through serving those who travel to the area.
We have been serving guests for the past 25yrs, the majority of which where here on the Olympic Peninsula. Through relationships with commercial and tribal fishermen, farmers, beef producers and access to local dairy products, we want to celebrate the abundance here while honoring those who produce it.
