I am a professional Chef with several years of experience. I started my career attending ICE in lower manhattan. From the I helped kick start a BBQ catering in my local home town. After that I moved to Aspen, Colorado where I refined my techniques at Aspens only 5star 5 diamond hotel, The Little Nell. I then got offered a job to work for TKRG where I stepped into Bouchon and worked there for 3 years becoming a sous Chef. And I currently work at The French Laundry, Napa’s only 3 Michelin starred restaurant.
