Hello, my name is Joshua, I'm from Fort Lauderdale FL and I have 7 years of experience in the culinary field. I studied at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida. I graduated in 2016 then proceeded to seek employment at a seafood restaurant in Gainesville, Fl. My time in Gainesville was filled with opportunities to better my skills as a chef. I also work for a meal prep catering business for a year then decided to start something of my own. Thats when Chef JJ Creations was discovered in 2019. We specialize in Caribbean fusion cuisine offering catering and in home private chef services for north central Florida.
