I’m a professional chef and culinary manager with over 20 years food service experience. I’ve catered big and small events for other companies and my own company. I’ve also worked in the restaurant space as kitchen manager and a front end manager. This has given me great appreciation for the details involved in bringing a complete experience to my guests.

I believe in giving my guests plenty bang for their buck so I use real plates and silverware for my events and in most situations there's enough food for you to enjoy again the next day if you choose. I can cook a variety of cuisines. I always say "if there's a recipe I can do it and if there isn't one I'm sure i can figure it out".
