Joshua was delightful and a wonderful chef! We hired him for a week to make our lunches and dinners. We also had requested if he could come every other day and he was very accommodating. He would fix and plate our lunch and then make dinner for that night and lunch & dinner for the next day with cooking instructions. We had great food, wonderful just family time and we ate when convenient for us. The food was delicious and we had good variety. Chicken curry, lasagna rolls, chow mien with teriyaki chicken and won tons, jambalaya, and Mediterranean stew were some of our favorites. Our last day was Easter Sunday and Joshua and his sister fixed a wonderful brunch with french toast, pancakes, sausage, and fruit! It was a very tasty way to end our vacation!

Joshua was entertaining and professional at his craft. The dishes were excellent and he was very polite with all of us and talked with us throughout the cooking experience.
