I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years specializing in Japanese Sushi and cuisine. I have started my own business in 2020. Omakase means “trust me” or “leave it to me” and I bring that to your home, hence The Homakase Chef. My menus vary seasonally to replicate dishes in Japan and their seasonal food. I look forward to serving you soon!
