With over 20 years of hands-on experience in some of San Francisco’s most celebrated kitchens, I’ve honed my craft in both savory and pastry disciplines—earning accolades at Michelin-starred restaurants like Michael Mina and Sons & Daughters. I’ve led private dining programs, directed large-scale kitchen teams, and built pastry programs from the ground up. From Executive Chef to Pastry Chef to Executive Sous, my roles have always centered on excellence, creativity, and team development.

Whether running a 400-cover dinner service or curating bespoke menus for intimate clubs, I bring deep culinary knowledge, calm under pressure, and a genuine love for the art of cooking. Now based in Sacramento, I’m looking forward to new collaborations that prioritize quality, mentorship, and meaningful dining experiences.
