I am Chef Caso, Owner and chef of Caso Kitchen. I'm a 31-year-old self-taught chef with the passion to cook and the urge to share my talent with the world. With my mom's side being from Italy and my dad's side being from Louisianna/Texas I was destined to become a chef. I originally created Caso Kitchen in 2017 with the vision of blending traditional Italian and Cajun dishes together for people to enjoy. Now, Caso Kitchen has evolved to so much more and I cannot wait to provide you with the upscale restaurant feel in the comfort of your own home.
