I am a self taught chef who has a passion of creating healing foods. Bringing the awareness of food as medicine. I’ve studied in winery’s in Southern California and Sean George restaurant in Kauai. Most of my style and creations is felt and followed by seasons on Kauai. I then moved to big island in 2020 to invest in property with other businesse partner to create a fine dinning retreat center. End of 2023 I moved to buy home and find new calling with foods from Eugene orgeon.
