I'm a professional chef with a little over a decade experience. I started cooking just as a source of income right out of high school, fell in love with it, and eventually went to school and received a culinary degree. I've spent a lot of time cooking in New Englad and spent a little time cooking in the Midwest. My cooking style is pretty eclectic, I've been fortunate enough to work closely with some killer chefs throughout my career and draw influence from all of them. I've done everything from classic French cuisine to modern molecular gastronomy, I'm passionate about handmade pasta and desserts, and I mess around with fermentation quite a bit. I'm not afraid to use big flavors and unorthodox techniques to create an unforgettable sensory experience.
