Professional Haute Cuisine Chef. Through the mix of flavors, smells and techniques make you live the best culinary experience is my goal.
I’m representing haute cuisine new generations. I trained and learned to be a Chef in one of the best culinary schools in Europe, most exactly in Barcelona Spain. The Culinary Institute of Barcelona (CIB) was the place where I just don’t learn how to cook but also got the vision and the tools to innovate in this giant, passionate and marvelous industry.
Through my culinary creations I love to narrate and describe all the experiences I have had around the world.
I’m a Colombian and American, I’m 33 years old and something that I’m 100% sure, everything you do with love traduce in success and I love everything I do through my creations.
