I'm an industry chef with 11 years experience in everything from mom and pop restaurants to fine dining. Worked along and learned from some great chefs such as Jason McLeod from the consortium group in San diego, chef Michael Ray season 1 winner of hells kitchen just to name a few. Specializing in Mexican food but able to make anything you have in mind, so feel free to hit me up, and let's make your dinner party or catering needs a reality.
