I am a very self driven individual passionate about food and family.

Welcome to my culinary world, where cultures and flavors come together to create amazing meals. Growing up in the vibrant Cayman Islands, food and culture were a huge part of my life, teaching me the joy of shared meals and storytelling.

From a young age, I loved the mix of Caymanian and Jamaican cuisines, with influences from all over the world. At 15 years old, I was inspired by these culinary adventures, which started my own journey in the kitchen. This passion led me to Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, where I earned a bachelor's degree in food service management.

Since then, my culinary path has been an exciting one. I've worked with some amazing chefs in South Florida, explored progressive American cuisine, mastered Indian dosas and curries, poured sake, and served up exquisite nigiri at an exclusive 8-seat omakase spot. I've even combined traditional kimchi-making with American BBQ.

I've had the chance to work with prestigious private clients, create enticing catered events, design personalized meal preps, and even run a pop-up restaurant in Las Vegas. Plus, I’ve been a personal chef for some well-known folks, each experience adding to my culinary expertise.

These diverse experiences have shaped me into someone with boundless enthusiasm, determination, and a down-to-earth attitude. Every day, I push myself to step out of my comfort zone, not just for personal growth but to create unforgettable moments for those around me.
