Chef Casado’s culinary inspiration comes from his Miami upbringing. Having lived in both Miami and Boston, Chef Casado has had access to diverse culinary influences and high quality ingredients. Chef Rosie grew up on the country side of the Dominican Republic where she learned to cook outdoors on a wood fire stove (fogón)!

Chef Casado was very good exactly what we had in mind for a summer dinner. Food was great and he really read our vibe perfectly for what we had in mind he was extremely easy going but kept to his schedule all the guests were impressed by his food

Chef Jonil and Rosie were fantastic! They crafted a menu exactly to our preferences, were punctual, and made an amazing meal! Our entire family felt that Jonil and Rosie made the evening such a special event and we would gladly have them back!

Chef Casado was amazing. The food was great, the service was great. Personable, friendly and professional. I would highly, highly recommend Chef Casado to cook for your occasion. We had paella, prosciutto wrapped scallops and mussels and it was all delicious.

Chef Casado and his team were wonderful and the food was amazing! Chef's proposal was full of detail and that was important as we were planning the dinner. The experience was top notch and I am looking forward to having Chef Casado back in my home again for a future dinner.

Jonil & Rosie were AMAZING. I would recommend them to anyone. The meals were incredible. Delicious and presented beautifully. Their communication was perfect and they put up with our crazy bachelorette party! I’m so glad I found them and would use them 1000 more times. The crab legs and carrot cake cupcakes with the homemade frosting and mint sprigs were the highlight. Oh and the bacon wrapped dates. And the tuna tar tar. And everything. Their cleanup was also impeccable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Very knowledgeable, professional, cook, but more than anything creating a very good family oriented experience. Had a great time and everything was excellent!

Chef Jonil and Chef Rossy were amazing and provided a night to remember. Was my first time having an experience like this and they blew my expectations away. Highly recommend. Food was delicious, beautiful and plentiful! We even had left overs to enjoy the next day.

The whole experience with them was seamless from start to finish from response time, menu creativity, execution, presentation, cleanliness. I will 100% be recommending them to ALL of my friends and family (and strangers, too!) and will absolutely be using them again.
