I am a chef with over nineteen years of service experience. My humble beginnings originated in the Northwest, cooking under a variety of chefs before branching out into catering in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area where I served elite, private clients. I worked for several years as the Executive Chef for the largest catering company in Eugene, OR, mainly serving the Pinot Noir vineyards and the University of Oregon. I relocated to Texas in 2019, taking a position with Benchmark Hospitality, the Deloitte Hotel in Westlake. In 2021 I started my own private chef business, doing what I truly love!

Chef Jonathan was amazing from the minute he arrived (right on time I might add). He introduced himself and let us know that he would find his way around the kitchen for anything he might need and for us to simply relax. We very much enjoyed getting to know his background and vast culinary experience which was quite evident in the dishes he prepared. He was very attentive and allowed us to go at our own pace, and explained each course to us as it was served. It was a true pleasure having Chef Jonathan in our home for a special occasion and will be sure to use him again for any private dining experiences we have planned in the future. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
