I have been in the culinary world for over 10yrs, I'm retired military, and feel that food is a form of art!
I am a Professional Chef with over 10 years experience. I have served as low as a fast food cook, all the way up to an Executive Chef in fine dining. I studied at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and during my travels around the world I worked with various cultures' chefs. My area of expertise is Spices, and Middle Eastern/European Cuisines. I love food and believe that it is a way to connect beyond language barriers.
