Cooking has been a lifetime passion of mine, that I never knew... until now.
I started of as an Illustrator out of college and expected to work in the advertising industry. Soon I moved into the videogame industry and started working for Sony Computer Entertainment America in California. It was my dream job. I worked on numerous projects for 15 years. In late 2013, I moved to the great state of Texas and started a new career in the hospitality industry as a bartender. Tending bar and making/developing cocktails prepared me for what was to come as working for a local Chef who trained at CIA. I worked with him for half a year and learned many things from him: from making alfredo sauce from scratch, to curing and smoking our own bacon. Today, my wife (who is also a Chef) and I stay busy by running our own business in Dallas, Texas. "Relax. Enjoy. Indulge."

relaxing and almost meditative. I enjoy prepping ingredients and finding alternative ways to enhance a well established recipe.

home, when I was about 9 years old. I remember making my own over easy eggs, and learned to perfect that over the years.

is to stay happy, joyful, and grateful. Working in the kitchen is a blessing to me, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
