I'm passionate about taking care of people –– and that starts with cooking them food from the heart.
I'm a 36-year-old Florida native who grew up in St. Pete. I have been a chef for 7 years. I enjoy cooking exotic cuisine most people have never experienced. I enjoy sports and have played many sports growing up. I have an Italian background and I also enjoy the outdoors, exploring and resourcing many natural foods in the wild.

Growing up I learned from my grandmother. I graduated with a culinary degree from PTEC in 2009. I then worked in professional kitchens from 2016-2023.
