I'm passionate about bringing delicious flavors and new twists to seemingly ordinary dishes.
I began cooking as a teenager utilizing my parents' grill at home. Growing up in the South, I learned how to effectively use ingredients without waste, and to creatively conceptualize dishes based simply on what was in the pantry. I moved to Southwestern Pennsylvania in the Summer of 2013, and have since developed my own culinary style which I call "Southern Fusion." I was recently a semi-finalist for a nationally televised cooking competition where I wowed others with my unique culinary creations.
While my primary style includes Southern flavors, I thrive when developing a menu that is a beautiful intersection of my personal style and my clients' desires. From Italian to Mediterranean to American BBQ, I can confidently produce a menu that will leave a wonderful lasting impression.
