I’m a Brooklyn New York born chef who learned to cook at a very young age by watching and learning from my Sicilian born grandmother and grandfather.
At the young age of seventeen I graduated and earned my degree in culinary arts from the prestigious Johnson and Wales University.
Upon graduation I moved to the West Coast launching my career at the five star Harrahs Hotel in Lake Tahoe.
My name is known around the world as the namesake of the Johnny Carinos restaurant chain launched in 1994.
From 2002 to 2007 I hosted my cooking show “ Break Me Off A Piece of That” on PBS Texas.
From the time we speak until the service has been complete my clients experience five star food and service. My services provide a lifetime of memories.
