A passionate, fun, outgoing chef who loves to share with others the world of food, stories, meeting new friends, and all being a private chef entails.
The namesake of the Johnny Carinos Restaurants founded in Ft. Collins Colorado in 1994.
I've been blessed to train all of the staff on great food and service. During my travels I have greatly focused on learning the cuisine and culture of each region and country.
My style of cooking is very straightforward. Each dish I create has no more than six ingredients .
My ingredients are locally sourced with a great focus on locally owned family growers, fishermen, and exclusive regional products.
In 2002 I launched my well watched and respected cooking series featured on PBS television.
Break Me Off A Piece of That was featured on the air for seven years in various markets across the United States.
