I consider cooking a lifestyle. I enjoy every aspect of the profession I’ve chosen. Im someone who is extremely enthusiastic about my craft
I’m a professional chef with 10 years experience in my field. I first started my culinary journey as a 5 year old kid, watching my family cook in various restaurant's. Fast forward 15 years, I joined Johnson and wales culinary school, got my bachelors degree and worked at delish catering. After a couple years I went on my own to start Pristine Foodservice. It started as a small meal plan company that was used to cook for close friend's. Realizing that it could be more than a couple pre packed lunches I decided to expand my reach and cook privately. It has been a great adventure cooking all over Miami where I got to meet some amazing people and cook tasteful dishes.
