As I rose the ranks of restaurants across the country, I found myself becoming more engaged in management, and less with food. I opened Fleur, personal chef services in 2019, as an outlet to reignite my love of food and service and bring it into your home in a way that allows me to cater to you with a very intimate and personal touch.
