I am a multi-talented chef with over 13 years of experience. I have classical training I received at The French Culinary Institute . After culinary school I moved back home to Nashville, Tennessee. I helped open Nashville's first whole animal butcher at Porter Road Butcher. I then went on to being a Co-Founder and Executive chef for Hattie B's Hot Chicken. I created authentic Nashville-Style hot chicken spice blends and menu offerings placing Hattie B's on the national culinary map. In my time at Hattie B's I earned top accolades including Eater Young Guns semifinalist and Forbes 30 Under 30 Food & Drink category 2015. Moving along from Hattie B's I have help run top restaurants in Nashville along with consulting work for culinary professionals.
