With 10 years of experience cooking, designing menus and curating memorable experiences, I’m prepared to go above and beyond for all of my clients.
My experience spans from the best kitchens in the Black Hills to trendy restaurants in Colorado, James Beard nominees in North Carolina, and AAA Five Diamond resorts in Arizona. Upon moving back to the Black Hills in Spring 2023, I decided to privatize and provide meals and experiences in a more intimate setting. Whether you need a stunning and lavish seven course meal for your business partners and spouses or you need smoked BBQ for your child’s graduation party, I can make it happen.
