I am a British Private Chef, who went to culinary school in Broadstairs, England. I was extremely fortunate to train under John Burton Race at his 2 Michelin Star restaurant 'The New Angel'. This would be a massive impact on my life as John Burton Race became a personal mentor and even my consultant Chef at "Harvey's of Ramsgate' - Where I achieved my AA Rosette.
Since being in America I have had the opportunity to play with a ton of new ingredients and different flavour profiles. I am never afraid to try something new and always enjoy putting a twist on cuisines.
