Cooking for over 14 years and managing food and beverage operations for 8 of those.
I have enjoyed moving around a lot in my life to follow my passion
as a chef and manager. I was trained in some of the best kitchens in the world,
having worked/staged in restaurants like Alinea, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal,
The French Laundry, Le Gavroche, and more. I love what I do and
