We are chefs who believes in respecting ingredients; bringing out their natural beauty and flavor.

John is an award winning chef professional chef that has experience as an Executive Hotel Chef and Executive Pastry Chef for over fifteen years with Hilton, Marriott, Belmond and Loews Hotels. He was nominated for James Beard scholarship in London and Management awards from Loews Hotel in the United States. He is knowledgeable in all areas of the back of the house management and front of the house hospitality. His culinary skills have allowed him to cook for Fortune 500 companies and celebrities from all over the world.

Anise grew up in the hospitality business with her family owning and operating several restaurants. Anise launched a frozen dessert company using family pie recipes and opened her own dessert, coffee, chocolate and gift shop. John was a great chocolate customer and well, boy meets girl as the story goes. Together, they owned two more restaurants, a catering company, and wholesale dessert company. From being on the Food Network, selling desserts nationwide and being associated with luxury names as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, William Sonoma, their culinary passion thrived and still does.

Our food style is western French infusion. Our cuisine is always full of flavor even if the menu includes restrictive dietary requests. We have consulted, planned, and executed five star events from two to two thousand. Though we love anything pastry, we enjoy preparing a savory journey to end on a sweet note. We welcome you to review some of our menus and photos and look forward to offering our personal chef services for your next event.

We are available to travel in Northeast Ohio within an hour of Cleveland to meet your needs for onsite chef services.
