Chef Joseph Joseph

I'm a professional chef with 30 years experience, started my career in hotels and stayed with the hotel industry for 20 years. Worked for Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Sheraton. I graduated from the Pennsylvania institute at culinary arts with an associate degree. I had the opportunity to open several restaurants within the hotel industry throughout my career in hotels. Also worked at two country clubs. One with steubenville country club. The other one was Pike run country club and a freestanding restaurant at seven springs resort. My passion is about all foods but my strengths are with Italian cuisine and seafood. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing chefs throughout my career and was in the right place at the right time.
