With a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy from the Culinary Institute of Mexico, I have over 15 years of experience in fine dining, high-volume restaurants, and catering. My culinary journey includes international experiences in Dubai, New York, and Southeast Asia, enriching my skills and creativity. Awarded Rising Star Chef of the Year in 2023.
