I enjoy creating unique flavors and experiences for my guests. The happiness that is created by doing that for guests is addictive.
I have been a Chef in the Twin Cities for over a decade, mostly working in fine dining. Twice I have ascended to the level of Executive Chef. Aside from my traditional training in culinary school, I made it my mission to work at some of the best restaurants in the Twin Cites. I have also amassed a huge collection of cookbooks from around the world. I am fascinated by the huge array of flavors that are available to us. I also own a company that produces gourmet pickles. Any down time that I might have from that, I love to cook as a private Chef for people in their homes.
