I am a professional chef with a passion for everything edible. I started working in a dreamy, local Massachusetts cheese shop with European roots as a teenager, executing private dinners and working with a passionate chef, and then went on to study at the Culinary Institute of America in college. I have been working in kitchens up the East Coast for the last 13 years. I am strong rooted in my background as an Argentinian/Italian and am excited to share my family's cuisine as well as favorite local Cape Cod offerings. I am a homemaker, cook, avid gardener, mother, artist, nature lover, and love to meet and nurture people with comforting food.

Jillian was just fantastic! Super responsive from the get go, and thoughtful especially considering the quick turnaround of the request. The food was so delicious special kudos to the harissa carrot salad and the unique twist on the potatoes. I would highly recommend Jillian and we will look forward to hiring her again!
