Growing up in Magnolia, Texas, and later moving to Southwest Florida, I gained over 20 years of hospitality industry experience. From there I attended culinary school and earned a Master's in hospitality. Jewel is an amazing chef, food was delicious and our event couldn’t have been better. Perfection!

Chef Jewel Tysz was the only chef that read my request for African flare dinner menu. She researched and recommended a menu then we worked back & forth on until we were both on the same page. She did an incredible job integrating African spices into the delicious menu from the appetizers all the way through the dessert. Everyone really enjoyed this house dinner/menu for 12 people. I would highly recommend Chef Jewel as she was attentive to my requests, nimble, stress-free and carried out exactly what she committed to and more.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a family style meal prepared by Chef Jewel. The food was fantastic, each course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delightful journey of taste and texture. Jewel’s professionalism extended beyond the meal itself. She assisted us in setting the table and left the kitchen spotless, allowing us to savor the memories without any cleanup stress. Overall, we enjoyed the lovely night and can't recommend the experience enough. It's perfect for a special occasion or even just to elevate an ordinary evening into something extraordinary.

Chef Jewel was awesome! She helped us pick our menu, wine pairings, and ambience. She was very prompt and reliable. And importantly, the food was incredible. She even accommodated the last minute guest changes, and included our children without skipping a beat. She had exemplary of professionalism and lovely entrees! With homemade maple dressing for a phenomenal salad and ricotta berry desserts, it was the best summer meal! Bonus? She’s just the loveliest person to have in your home.
